Recount of our First Football match!

On Monday 20th November 2017 action took place in our school ground big preparations ahead of this game against Medmerry took place.

Our tremendous team lead by Jack Wells, our vice-captain, beat Medmerry 12-0 in the darkness. Although, we won they showed great sportsmanship shook hands at the end as well as they showed a growth mindset.

We had new kits and even brand new metal goals with a pitch kindly painted for us!

Thank you very much for all the lovely supporters that came to watch as well as the fantastic ref who got every decision right!

Following our fantastic first match we will strive to meet our goal to win a trophy and even enter a league. Who will be our next opponent?

New teachers and children

We are very lucky this year to have a new fantastic teacher, Mrs Hobbs. We hope to give our new year R's a warm welcoming. They've settled in great!

The School council in action

Our new school councillors have a huge responsibility. When school councillors go to a meeting you get a sweet if  you wear your badge and bring in your folder. Miss Lewis, one of our year R teachers host the meetings.

Why not get involved with our afterschool clubs!

There are outstanding afterschool clubs on offer, such as website club, karate club, choir and gardening club. They are fun and we learn new skills.
